Research Team Coordinator / Team Lead - Investment&trading company

Investment&trading company is looking for Research Team Coordinator

• Coordinate the Research team: task setting, prioritization, workload planning, and quality control;
• Establish and optimize workflows, reporting standards, and research processes;
• Conduct and supervise market research across industries, trade flows;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trading, Sales) to support analytical requests;
• Improve data analysis processes and drive continuous efficiency enhancements;
• Review research outputs, ensure data accuracy, and support the team’s professional development.

• Higher education degree from an international university is highly preferred;
• 2-3 + years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, data, or project coordination;
• Strong advantage: 1–2 years of experience in Big4 companies;
• Strong business research skills: ability to source and analyze market information from multiple credible sources;
• Solid financial and market analysis skills; ability to read graphs, charts, and financial/market reports;
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint;
• Power BI — nice to have;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
