We are now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior CRM Data Administrator to support our Sales Department and maintain the highest standards of data quality.
Position Overview
The Senior CRM Data Administrator ensures the accuracy, integrity, and usability of customer and sales data within the company’s CRM system.
This role is dedicated to data management, quality control, reporting, and compliance — enabling the Sales Department to make accurate, data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, a disciplined approach to data governance, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Quality Assurance
Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data entry across the CRM system.
Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve duplicates, incomplete fields, and inconsistencies.
Manage large-scale data imports, exports, and migrations.
Develop and maintain data validation procedures to reduce human error.
Ensure historical data accuracy and alignment between CRM and related system.
2. Data Governance & Compliance
Establish and enforce data integrity policies that meet company and regulatory standards.
Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and ownership structures.
Control user access levels to ensure data confidentiality and security.
Support internal and external audits with clean, verified datasets.
3. Reporting & Analytics Support
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Management to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
Prepare custom data extracts and reports for Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Identify data anomalies or trends and recommend corrective actions.
4. Cross-Department Data Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM data inquiries across departments.
Work with IT and analytics teams to maintain effective data flows and prevent errors or duplication.
Train new users on data standards and CRM best practices.
5. Continuous Improvement
Optimize data management workflows and propose process enhancements.
Evaluate data sources and recommend tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Track data quality metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM data administration or data management, preferably within a sales-driven environment.
Hands-on experience with ZohoCRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot (administrator-level functions).
Proven ability to manage large and complex datasets.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
Strong understanding of data governance, cleansing, and quality control.
Experience generating operational and analytical reports within CRM platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical teams.
