Working: Remotely, as part of an international team
Key responsibilities:
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer’s needs and requirements involving procuring products for Clinical Trials;
Strengthen relationships with new and existing suppliers including ensuring the approvals are in place;
Expand the relationships and business opportunities with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner whilst ensuring all company databases and systems are up to date;
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
Take charge of purchase requests and orders, meticulously aligning them with supply requests and orders, while meticulously managing all related documentation;
Achieve company's KPI's and targets;
Assist with writing SOP's work procedures and process improvements in collaboration with the Quality Department.
Requirements/qualifications:
Proven experience as key account manager with client interaction;
A comprehensive knowledge of the classification of drugs and medical products in the EU;
A commanding knowledge of industry and market conditions, with particular expertise in the procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical trials supply, and organisational logistics;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
