About the Company

Anteya is a technology-driven real estate company specializing in investment property selection in Bali. We provide our employees with a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads, enabling them to work within a high-conversion system without cold calling. Our brokers successfully close deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars per month, and our founders have over 9 years of experience in IT and real estate.

About the Role

We are seeking ambitious Sales Managers / Real Estate Brokers who are ready to earn big, grow fast, and work with international clients, who will manage clients through all stages of the transaction. Your responsibilities will include consulting clients, selecting suitable properties, guiding them through the deal process, and closing sales. This role is exclusively focused on inbound leads (no cold calling or independent lead sourcing).

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting clients and selling real estate through calls and chats (phone, Zoom, CRM, messengers, email).

  • Fully managing the client journey at all stages of the transaction (Zoom meetings with developers, online property tours, contract negotiation, and signing).

  • Selecting real estate properties based on client requests and providing up-to-date listings.

  • Overseeing and managing transactions (client registration with developers, follow-ups, and extending reservations when needed).

  • Engaging in ongoing training from the company and developers.

  • Monitoring the real estate market, keeping track of new listings and investment opportunities.

  • Working with CRM and providing detailed feedback on client interactions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in English (B2–C1), Russian (A2–B1).

  • Additional languages are a strong advantage.

  • Successful experience in foreign property sale.

  • Financially ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and ready for continuous learning.

We Offer

  • $500 base salary + commission (25% of sales).

  • Average income of $3,000+ per month (no income cap).

  • A steady flow of qualified inbound leads — focus on results, not prospecting.

  • Work schedule: 5/2, with weekend availability for clients when necessary.

  • Trial Period: 3 months (50% of base pay, may be shortened for strong performance).
