We are looking for Sales Development Representative.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of proven work experience in Sales or Business Development (in IT B2B or SaaS).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or IT-related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying, and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Fluent English (C1). German, French or Russian would be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise software system sales (e.g. as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce or Oracle, etc.)
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and organized lead information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve lead generation and conversion processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
