What you’ll be doing

  • Actively attract new clients to the ViaBTC mining pool and support them through all stages of cooperation.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to a successful deal.

  • Consult clients on products and services, highlighting key benefits.

  • Use CRM to manage your pipeline and client data.

What we expect from you

  • 1+ year of sales experience (or a strong motivation to gain it).

  • Persistence in communication and confidence in handling objections.

  • Flexibility in decision-making and adaptability to change.

  • High working pace — the industry is fast-moving, so you’ll need quick thinking and initiative.

  • Experience with CRM systems, understanding of sales funnels and deal stages.

  • Passion for modern technologies and innovation.

  • English — B2 level or higher.
