About Us

We’re a tech team based in Dubai and London, building voice and intelligence AI agents for small and medium-sized businesses.

Our platform powers three main products:

Sales Intelligence — analyzes all customer interactions across voice and video channels, helping businesses: (i) recover at-risk deals and increase revenue; (ii) gain full visibility into customer communications; (iii) measure the performance of sales reps and AI agents.

AI Receptionist — answers incoming calls, handles customer inquiries, and books appointments.

Operator — proactively reaches out to customers via voice or text, collects feedback, drives upsells, and reactivates churned clients.

Our team brings experience from global tech companies, Yandex, VK, and Bloomberg, as well as several former founders with deep expertise in AI and sales.

Our products are built for a global market, and most customer calls happen in English.

About the Role

As a Sales Conversation Analyst, your job is to listen to real customer calls, extract key signals and triggers, and turn them into clear insight reports. You’ll identify what matters most in each industry, what moves deals forward, and where AI agents can make the biggest impact.

Your insights help us improve Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and directly influence how our products are adopted and used by clients.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales and customer service calls to identify triggers
- Understand client’s sales process through documentation and stakeholder interviews
- Build structured reports highlighting valuable insights, gaps, and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate findings into action
- Work across industries (e.g., logistics, SaaS, healthcare) and adapt quickly to new domains
- Recommend tagging frameworks or insight logic to improve future automation

Requirements:

- 3+ years in Sales, RevOps, Consulting, Customer Success, or GTM Strategy
- Proven experience working with sales data, call reviews, or CRM-based reporting
- Strong listening and pattern recognition skills — you can spot what matters in a conversation
- Understanding of B2B sales stages and buying processes
- Excellent written communication — ability to turn messy inputs into clear reports
- Comfortable working across different clients, industries, and call styles

Bonus Qualifications:

- Experience using tools like Gong, Chorus, Avoma, or other call recording platforms
- Worked with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
- Experience working with Label Studio
