✨ About the Role We are looking for an Partnership Acquisition Manager who will actively expand our partner network and drive B2B sales. Your mission is to identify and sign new affiliates and partners, present the product, and ensure continuous support and account management. This role requires strong sales skills, frequent calls and presentations, readiness for business trips, and the ability to build long-term business relationships across the globe.
📝 Responsibilities
Participate in creating and executing business development and partnership strategies
Research market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion
Generate and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, CRM, email, calls, and social channels
Build and maintain a strong affiliate and partner pipeline
Prepare and deliver commercial offers, product demos, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing pre- and post-sales support
Develop accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives
Monitor partner performance, prepare reports, and ensure KPI delivery
Collaborate with internal teams and support API/technical integrations
📩 Requirements
Proven B2B online sales experience with revenue and pipeline achievements
Full-cycle sales ownership: from prospecting to long-term account growth
Strong presentation, call, and negotiation skills; confidence with senior stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel on business trips and mobility to work worldwide
Self-starter with resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with partner ecosystems (resellers, affiliates, marketplaces)
Knowledge of financial/data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus)
Background in SaaS, telecom, fintech, or travel tech
