Client Success Manager

We are a fast-growing beauty and wellness company with 5 studios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (middle price segment, high service quality) — including beauty, fitness, and stretching locations.

We are currently expanding and looking for a Client Success Manager to maintain warm communication with our existing customers.

Your focus will be on care, engagement, and client retention.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Maintaining warm and friendly communication with the active client base through calls

-Answering questions, offering service info, and making clients feel seen

-Sending personalized messages, reminders, and promo offers

-Working in AMO CRM & Altegio to stay organized

-Helping clients book, return, and love us even more

What we’re looking for:

-At least 6 months of experience in sales, client support, or service-based communication

-English level B2+/C1 or higher

-Russian language is a must (С1+)

-You genuinely care about people and take a warm, personal approach (if you’re only about reading scripts — this job isn’t for you)

-You’re proactive, responsible, and enjoy helping others

-Ability to multitask and stay organized

-A stable internet connection, computer, and headset
