Position: Maintenance Specialist

Logistics company iAte Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

### Responsibilities:

• Monitor the technical condition of trucks and trailers, respond quickly when breakdowns occur.
• Plan and schedule regular maintenance (oil changes, alignments, inspections, etc.) in advance to reduce unexpected repairs.
• Work with Samsara QM and DITAT systems for monitoring and reporting.
• Communicate with drivers and coordinate with repair shops effectively.
• Ensure cost-efficiency by avoiding unnecessary repairs and prioritizing preventive maintenance.
• Keep records of all maintenance activities and assist in planning future repairs.

### Requirements:

• Proven experience in truck/trailer maintenance or in a logistics company.
• Strong technical knowledge of trucks and trailers.
• Ability to work with Samsara QM and DITAT systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to plan and prioritize tasks to ensure cost savings for the company.
