Datacom Solution Expert

Duties:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, including CXO-level executives.
• Analyze technical and business requirements, develop strategies for network infrastructure solutions.
• Identify business opportunities in Campus, Data Center, Security, and WAN domains.
• Design and deliver security solutions (BOQ, HLD, technical proposals) aligned with customer needs.
• Present solutions to mid- and senior-level executives, represent Huawei at industry events.
• Enable and support partners through training, solution design, and bidding processes.

Professional requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Datacom networking.

• Strong expertise in switching, WLAN, routing, firewall, IPS/IDS, DDoS prevention, sandboxing, endpoint protection.

• Proven experience in large-scale projects (1M+ USD) within government, finance, or telecom sectors.

• Knowledge of leading vendor solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Huawei) and ability to conduct competitive analysis.

• Fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is a plus).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives.

• Certifications such as CCIE or HCIE are an advantage.

• Readiness for frequent business trips.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
