A large international company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist.
This role manages customer orders, ensures timely processing, and provides excellent service. It works with finance, marketing, and logistics to confirm payments, create promotions, and track deliveries. The person handles customer questions, maintains data in the ERP system, prepares daily reports, and solves inventory issues. As a Key User, they support ERP users, handle IT requests, and train staff to ensure smooth system operation.
Responsibilities:

Process and release customer orders after payment confirmation.

Collaborate with finance, marketing, logistics, and distributors.

Support customers: handle requests, complaints, and recommend products.

Maintain customer and product data in ERP.

Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

Monitor and fix negative inventory issues.

Act as One Nav key user: support users, manage IT tickets, test updates, train staff.

Participate in meetings, improve processes, and support ERP-WMS integration.
Requirements:

University degree in Economics or Business administration

Fluency in both English and Kazakh

Advanced Excel knowledge

Min 2 years of experience Customer service

Ability to work constructively and effectively with stakeholders
