CyberHULL is an international company operating in eCommerce software development business since 2008. We work with clients from the USA, the UK and the EU. We provide developers, architects and management services to eComm agencies and online retailers. Most of our engagements are with long-term Adobe Commerce Magento 2-based eComm stores and system integrators.
Currently we're searching for a Business Development Manager who could build a successful B2B marketing outreach program that adds one new client per month and manage its execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute outreach strategies that deliver 4 new client meetings per month and 1 new client per quarter
- Grow & maintain business relationships with people in the industry
- Test and develop tactics that include proper outreach cadence, channels, specific messages, value propositions, ways to handle objections and concrete ways to qualify leads
- Develop (and proactively manage) potential new clients calendar for each target company and/or for a set of companies in a group
- Prepare lead profiles of online eCommerce target companies and document them in CRM
- Work in team with Lead Gen Manager and Director of Customer Success, actively use help in lead database preparation and marketing support
- Identify decision-makers and other key people among target companies and profile them (ATL/BTL, relevant discussion topics, pain points, etc.)
- Track progress on active leads and opportunities daily, reflect changes in CRM
- Create and keep updated a funnel of qualified leads
- Report weekly & monthly to Director of Customer Success and CEO on progress, along with relevant analytics
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B selling and Relationship selling
- Prior experience in selling IT services in staffing or solution sales
- Experience in working with high value large price point sales ( >=$25,000 per sale )
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in creating impactful and appealing texts/presentations
- Exceptional research skills to identify target clients and key contributors to be contacted
- Understanding of IT outstaffing domain OR prior experience working in this field
- Understanding of a value proposition of staffing agency on the "software development"/"digital agency" market
- Successful cases developing Email/LinkedIn outreach programs
- Attentive to detail, able to concentrate on routine work, able to structure and document actions/thoughts
- Readiness for non-frequent travelling (participation in offline shows/events, to meet with potential clients in-person, grow the network), not more than 2-3 times a year
- Ability to travel in the US and the EU
Nice-to-have:
- Experience setting up automated outreach cadencies via LinkedIn/Email
- Proficiency in Russian would be a plus (part of internal communication may be held in Russian)
- Background in engineering
