Develop customer and shopper marketing strategy together with the Shopper & Trade Marketing Director, in close collaboration with the brand marketing and sales teams
Implement approved customer and shopper marketing strategies
Develop and approve trade marketing plans and budgets for the TOP 10 key retailers and TOP 5 key retail formats
Execute trade marketing plans (Game Plans) and monitor budget compliance by brand, sales channel, and key clients
Collaborate with the category management department to develop, launch, implement, and monitor category projects with key clients
Implement channel strategies and TOP 10 key retailer initiatives in cooperation with the commercial department
Develop and approve promo strategies across all key sales channels by SKU
Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of agreed promo strategies across all key sales channels by SKU
Prepare materials for negotiation campaigns with top key clients
Participate in negotiation campaigns jointly with the sales department within the scope of responsibility
