Resort Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our facility, which is located in Beldersoy, 1.5 hour far from Tashkent city center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or facility management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, managing schedules, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff alike. Your ability to train and motivate your team, implement efficient cleaning procedures, and respond promptly to guest concerns will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping needs and contribute to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Familiarity with housekeeping management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
