Our group company, based in Antalya, is engaged in Refrigeration Systems and Food Storage, managing contracting and sales projects. We are looking for a "Regional Sales Manager" to join our Global Sales and Business Development Team, which is responsible for managing sales and contracting projects in the fields mentioned below.
Sales Managers working in this position will be responsible for the sales of Refrigeration Systems products, projects and solutions, as well as team management, in CIS Countries.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field, or in Business Administration,
- Prior experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration sectors, HVAC, or similar mechanical refrigeration fields (Freon and natural refrigerants and Clean Room sales,) is prefered,
- Proven experience in international contracting and product sales within CIS Countries,
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, or project management.
- Strong leadership and advanced communication and persuasion skills,
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical product knowledge efficiently,
- Result-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills,
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP Sales software,
- Fluency in both English and Russian,
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales Management: Each region has specific sales targets aligned with the company’s objectives and budgets. This role requires planning and implementing actions to meet and exceed those targets. The candidate will travel to assigned regions, meet with potential and existing customers, and take necessary actions to close sales. Regular reporting and updates on progress toward achieving these targets are expected.
- Quotation and Sales Contract Management: Receive and understand Receive and understand Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and convert them into Sales Leads. Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and quotations, manage contract processes, oversee project sales and activities, and ensure customer satisfaction by following up on installations and technical services.
- New Customers: Identify potential customers, manage and expand activities in target markets, and grow the customer portfolio. Lead entry into new country markets within the assigned region.
- Sectoral Growth: Increasing market share in targeted sectors and carrying out business development activities through:
o Cold chain product logistics
o Dairy products processing, storage, and distribution
o Meat and meat products processing, storage, and distribution
o Fresh fruit and vegetable storage
o HORECA (Hotel – Restaurant – Cafe) commercial refrigeration
o Refrigeration engineering and contracting firms: B2B turnkey solution sales
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term, sustainable cooperation. Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
- Market Research: Focus on regional market dynamics, potential B2B partners, and competitors, and provide market report and insight driven action plans.
