Central Asian University (CAU) is hiring a Head of Sales for our Admission Department. This full-time role is based on our modern campus, offering a friendly and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Results & Performance Management
- Take full ownership of achieving the university’s enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs across the sales funnel (applications, processed leads, calls, contracts, payments).
- Ensure reporting accuracy and transparency in all sales metrics.
Business Process Improvement
- Audit, streamline, and optimize sales workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee CRM and reporting systems, ensuring accurate data management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Introduce best practices and innovations in sales operations.
3. Strategic Growth & Idea Generation
- Proactively generate and implement ideas to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend tactics to increase competitiveness.
- Benchmark against industry leaders and competitors, proposing improvements to CAU’s customer acquisition approach.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets.
- Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and performance.
- Provide training, mentoring, and continuous feedback to develop individual and collective skills.
- Design and implement incentive systems to maximize employee motivation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience: At least 3 year in a similar role;
- Technical Skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, CRM Bitrix24;
- Languages: Fluent in Russian and Uzbek, intermediate English preferred;
- Soft Skills: Multitasking, stress resistance, strong communication, leadership.
Desirable Skills:
- Sales techniques and negotiation skills;
- Experience in client meetings, sales team management, and sales strategy implementation;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proactive and high communication abilities.
