Website Content Lead (Limassol office)

We are looking for a Website Content Lead to own our website and landing pages as strategic marketing channels. In this role, you will drive content creation, ensure high-quality messaging, and manage website initiatives that support marketing campaigns and business goals. You will collaborate with designers, UX specialists, and other teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website content, including creation, review, and publication, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Lead the creation of landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Write compelling, conversion-oriented English copy that builds trust and drives action.
• Maintain tone of voice guidelines and ensure messaging alignment across the website.
• Collaborate with designers, UX specialists, and developers to deliver cohesive, high-converting pages.
• Manage a team of up to 5 specialists (content creators and page builders), ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
• Lead project planning and execution for website initiatives, coordinating across departments using project management tools.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and BI tools, optimizing content and pages for engagement and conversions.
• Define emotional goals and user experience considerations for landing pages (supporting content and design, secondary focus).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or website management.
• Excellent English copywriting skills, with experience in content creation, review, and editing.
• Proven experience managing websites and landing pages with a focus on conversions and marketing impact.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, BI tools, and campaign tracking.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Spanish or other languages (for translation quality oversight).
• Bonus: SQL skills for performance analysis.
