Job Vacancy: General HR (Focus on Recruitment)

Location: Tashkent, Minor Subway station
Salary: $300-$1000 USD per month

About the Role
We are looking for a energetic General HR Specialist with a strong focus on recruiting to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of HR tasks while primarily supporting our talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions

Support onboarding and employee adaptation processes

Maintain HR documentation and records

Assist with overall HR functions and daily operations

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment and HR processes

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with recruiting focus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Uzbek (required)

Knowledge of English (considered a plus)
