We are looking for a proactive Resource Manager / Delivery Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing development resources across projects, supporting both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will communicate closely with developers and recruiters, track team engagement and workload, and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and assigned specialists.
Unlike a traditional Project Manager role, this position is not about running project timelines or delivery schedules — but about people management, staffing efficiency, and supporting developers’ performance on client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Candidate Communication:
- Join client and candidate calls to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment of expectations.
- Act as a bridge between developers, recruiters, and clients when clarifications are needed.
Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate developers under specific client/project requests.
- Collaborate with recruiters to source suitable candidates.
- Monitor developer satisfaction, motivation, and engagement.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and validate developers’ logged hours and utilization.
- Monitor overall team performance and flag potential risks early.
- Provide regular internal reports on staffing, workload, and resource usage.
Process & Improvements
- Suggest improvements in staffing, time tracking, and developer-client communication.
- Support a culture of transparency and responsibility in time reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in resource management, team coordination, or delivery support within IT.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both developers and clients.
- Understanding of time-tracking practices and workload monitoring.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, sales, and technical teams.
- Proactive and people-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Good English level (B2 or higher) for client communication.
