Responsibilities:
- Maintaining recruitment department reporting: hiring pipelines, budget tracking, performance dashboards, etc.
- Preparing visualized dashboards (in Power BI, Excel, or other tools) to monitor department metrics.
- Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks in processes and propose optimizations.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in analytical work for 2+ years.
- Analytical mindset.
- The ability to thoroughly find, study and structure information.
- High speed of information processing and its effective use.
- High level of self-organization, initiative, responsibility, attention to detail, scrupulousness.
- Good proficiency in Excel.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Higher mathematical or technical education.
- Work experience in the IT field.
- Experience working with Power BI.
- Experience working with SQL.
