Project manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to delivery. This role focuses on coordinating teams, ensuring timely results, and client satisfaction and retention and strict monitoring of developer activity. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and drives projects to successful outcomes while keeping the team motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery across multiple IT outsourcing engagements;

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams;

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies;

• Facilitate communication between clients, project teams, and management;

• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, with focus on results rather than micro-managing;

• Support team attrition and retention by identifying challenges, recognizing achievements, and maintaining a positive working environment;

• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, resource allocation, and status reports;

• Collaborate with recruiters and resource managers to address staffing needs and prevent attrition;

• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing or software development;

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall);

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and ensure employee satisfaction;

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill;.

• Comfortable working with clients to deliver results without micromanaging technical teams;

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.);

• English level B2 or higher.
