For over 15 years, XPGraph has been delivering powerful IT products for startups and leading European companies. Now, we're looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our next stage of growth.
You'll be acquiring new B2B clients and experimenting with various lead gen channels. We're not looking for someone to simply send templated messages. This role is for a strategist who wants to see their ideas directly translate into company growth.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has 1+ year of experience in IT B2B sales or lead generation.
Communicates fluently in English with global clients (В2+).
Is proficient with key sales tools: HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Thinks strategically about ICPs, funnels, and conversion optimization.
Is proactive, results-driven, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Aspires to grow into a sales leadership position.
Your Responsibilities:
To manage the entire outbound lead generation cycle to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
To develop and test GTM strategies and messaging in partnership with the BizDev team.
To optimize outbound campaigns to maximize the number of qualified meetings booked.
To use data to analyze results, iterate on tactics, and discover new growth channels.
To ensure all activities and data are logged in the CRM.
To contribute to improving the overall sales process.
