Lead Generation and Client Prospecting:
Generate leads and prospect for clients within the MENA region via LinkedIn.
Manage 2–3 LinkedIn profiles specifically dedicated to outreach targeting the Arabic market.
Research companies and key decision-makers (ideally, including sourcing professionals from major consulting and financial firms).
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential clients.
Personalized engagement and management of campaigns designed to increase interaction.
Meticulous tracking of all interactions and consistent follow-up to build trust.
Lead Conversion:
Qualifying leads and scheduling calls or meetings for the sales team.
Providing feedback on outreach and messaging strategies.
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience in lead generation, SDR, or sales development roles, preferably in B2B.
Excellent command of English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and managing multiple profiles.
Understanding of the business culture and market nuances in the MENA region.
Strong research skills to identify high-quality contacts (experience in targeting professionals from top-tier consulting/financial firms is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships remotely.
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
