About the Company:
Annexure Financial Solutions is a leading international consulting and engineering firm engaged in investment and infrastructure projects, including those financed by international financial institutions (IFIs). As we expand our operations in Uzbekistan and beyond, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Operations manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall project management activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Participate in recruitment negotiations and the selection of key experts and service providers.
- Optimize the use of human, financial, and material resources for efficient project implementation.
- Support project teams in executing plans and strategies.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct negotiations and meetings to address project challenges and determine next steps.
- Provide analysis, insight, and strategic recommendations to company leadership and clients.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of project portfolios.
- Draft or review project-related materials, including reports, memos, presentations, agreements, and contracts.
- Identify project and operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by company leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, International relations, or Business Administration (required)
- Master’s degree preferred
- International education is a strong advantage
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in similar roles (consulting firms, market research companies, ministries, international projects, etc.)
- Experience working with IFIs or internationally funded projects (ABR, ADB, GIZ, AIIB, Euro Bank, World Bank) - preferred
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills
- Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
- Multitasking ability and strong teamwork skills

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
