Project Manager FIT OUT

KATZ is a design and architecture studio specializing in bespoke interiors and fit-out solutions across Europe and the Middle East. We combine precision, creativity, and technical excellence to deliver premium spaces that reflect our clients' vision. As we expand in Dubai, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager (Fit-Out) to lead on-site project execution and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle fit-out project management: from site mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes efficiently.
• Monitor on-site work daily, ensuring compliance with design intent, technical specs, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, updates, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to local UAE regulations, authority approvals, and permit processes (Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
• Drive quality assurance and control across all project phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out project management within the UAE (interior design, commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors).
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of project management tools, construction schedules, and documentation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
