What will you do:
Financial Operations: Oversee and optimize day-to-day payments and cash management, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls, implement best practices across the above pillars, and lead and manage financial operations across a multi-subsidiary setup.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets and financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Drive financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and expansion projects.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track key performance metrics, generate actionable insights for the leadership team, and support the seamless execution of strategic action plans.
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support and drive fundraising activities, lead discussions with banks and preparation of necessary materials. Lead internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules, reports, and documentation
Our ideal candidate is:
Hard skills:
2-5 years of work experience
Experienced as a Finance Manager, preferably in dynamic industries like hospitality, events, sports.
Experience in Big-4 accounting firms is a plus.
Certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficient in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
Fluent in English; familiarity with Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with automation of financial processes and working with large, complex datasets.
Soft skills:
Proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communicator capable of collaborating across departments and levels.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a strive for excellence.
