We’re growing and looking for a proactive and highly organized Chief of Staff / Project Manager to support our executive team and act as a key liaison with government authorities and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-changing, less structured environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and excels at building and managing relationships.

What will you do:
Cross-functional Problem Solving & Project management: Work closely with the executive team to identify and resolve operational challenges across all departments, acting as a right hand to the CEO and management team.
Government & Regulatory Liaison: Lead all interactions with government entities, ensuring timely acquisition and renewal of licenses, permits, and approvals required for ongoing and new projects. Learn and understand the nuances of administrative processes in our industries to leverage them for the company’s benefits.
Third-Party Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key external stakeholders, including legal advisors, service providers, regulators, and strategic partners.
Reporting & Follow-up: Prepare concise updates for leadership, maintain action trackers, and ensure follow-through on key decisions and deliverables.

Hard skills:
2-7 years of work experience
Prior experience in Government Relations, Chief of Staff or Project Manager roles, ideally in dynamic sectors like IT, hospitality, real estate, sports, or government-facing businesses.
Knowledge of administrative procedures, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE is a plus.
Experience with government portals, free zone authorities, and mainland licensing bodies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
High level of proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Notion, Asana etc.).
