Company of our client is looking for a CFO on Cyprus (relocation is a must):

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the finance function: build processes, lead projects, and manage a diverse international team.

• Provide strong financial leadership, shaping the company’s overall financial strategy and structure.

• Ensure integrity of accounting policies, standards, and financial governance.

• Build robust budgeting and forecasting processes; deliver high-quality management reporting to support clear insights into profitability and business performance.

• Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of the balance sheet, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation measures.

• Enhance data usage, productivity, and cost efficiency by addressing areas of inefficiency and improving operational performance.

• Translate strategic initiatives into clear KPIs, metrics, and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and set ambitious targets.

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities, assessing financial strength, integration potential, and reliability of internal processes.

• Foster a culture of proactive, continuous improvement within the finance function.

Professional Background

• Proven track record as a CFO with 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, international organizations.

• Experience scaling businesses in entrepreneurial environments.

• Tech-savvy and forward-looking: comfortable with digital tools and ERP systems implementation.

• Experienced in managing geographically dispersed teams.

• Degree-level education (or higher) and a formal accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Контролировать точность и достоверность баланса, проактивно выявлять риски и внедрять меры по их снижению.

• Повышать эффективность использования данных, продуктивность и сокращение затрат за счет устранения неэффективности и улучшения операционной деятельности.

• Транслировать стратегические инициативы в четкие KPI, метрики и механизмы отслеживания, позволяющие оценивать результаты и ставить амбициозные цели.

• Оценивать потенциальные объекты для приобретения с точки зрения финансовой устойчивости, интеграционного потенциала и надежности внутренних процессов.

Профессиональный опыт

• Подтвержденный опыт работы CFO не менее 5 лет в условиях динамичных международных компаний.

• Опыт масштабирования бизнеса в предпринимательской среде.

• Технологическая гибкость и современный взгляд: уверенное владение цифровыми инструментами и внедрение ERP-систем.

• Опыт управления географически распределёнными командами.

• Высшее образование и профессиональная квалификация в области бухгалтерского учета (ACCA, ACA, CIMA или эквивалент).
