Senior Accountant / Бухгалтер (IT/Tech, Кипр)

GamesUp42 is an international Tech-GameDev holding company headquartered in Cyprus, with a portfolio of 30+ subsidiaries operating across game development, promotion, monetization, and online gaming finance.

To support the rapid growth of our finance operations, we are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our skilled team of 10 professionals (6 accountants and 4 treasury specialists). This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced digital environment and contribute to the core financial processes of a dynamic international group.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounting processes for Cyprus-based holding companies using professional accounting software, including ESoft and Odoo;

• Prepare companies for audits and liaise with auditors regarding financial reporting and compliance;

• Conduct financial reviews of contracts with external partners and vendors;

• Compile and submit financial and tax reports to government authorities (including VAT and corporate tax);

• When needed, represent the company in public institutions on matters related to accounting and finance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an accountant, including at least 1 year working with Cyprus legal entities;

• Strong understanding of accounting specifics in the IT / Tech sector;

• Solid experience in audit preparation and successful completion of audit checks;

• Excellent command of financial documentation and understanding of its legal implications, including familiarity with IFRS standards;

• Fluent English & Russian language skills (spoken and written).
