Ticket Office is an international ticket marketplace integrated with the largest venues and event organizers. We sell tickets for concerts, sports events, and shows of top artists worldwide. We are currently expanding our team and looking for an Assistant Director who will work directly with the company’s CEO.
We are considering candidates who are ready to relocate in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate projects for ticket sales for concerts, shows, and sports events.
- Manage correspondence and negotiations with partners (organizers, venues, ticket operators).
- Prepare and approve commercial offers and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze the events market in the UAE, CIS, and other regions.
- Oversee marketing, sales, and partner integration tasks.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials.
- Participate in planning and developing new company directions.
Requirements:
- Experience as an assistant to an executive, project manager, or in related fields (event management, marketing, sales).
- Excellent business communication skills and ability to negotiate in Russian and English.
- Ability to prepare presentations, commercial offers, and analytical reports.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Experience working with international partners is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office software (Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
