Have at least 3 to 4 years of legal experience
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
- Drafting, reviewing, approving, and overseeing contract compliance;
- Providing information and legal support for the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Keeping track of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s activities;
- Assessing legal risks in projects, transactions, and company documents;
- Handling pre-trial claims, preparing legal documents (statements of claim, responses, appeals, cassation complaints), and representing the company in court;
- Preparing and submitting applications, petitions, and official requests to government authorities;
- Handling the registration and re-registration of legal entities, as well as developing corporate legal documentation;
- Participating in negotiations and out-of-court settlements;
- Preparing legal opinions, official letters, applications, and reports as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of civil law, labor law, and other relevant legal frameworks;
- Higher legal education (Law degree required);
- Experience in drafting corporate and foundational legal documents;
- Expertise in contract law, including drafting and reviewing contracts of varying complexity;
- Understanding of legal document workflow and office procedures;
- Proficiency in Russian and English (both verbal and written);
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a multinational environment;
- High level of stress resistance, multitasking ability, and service-oriented approach;
- Professionalism, punctuality, and strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
