About the Role:

DEEPTECH is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead marketing activities, manage digital campaigns, and strengthen our brand presence. If you are passionate about tech, trends, and digital promotion — join our team and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital and offline marketing strategies

Manage social media accounts and plan regular content

Launch paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Telegram, etc.)

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and SMM specialists

Track and analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns

Assist in user acquisition, product promotion, and brand visibility

Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements

Requirements:

3+ year of experience in marketing or digital promotion

Solid understanding of branding, digital advertising, and social media marketing

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.

Experience in using Google Analytics or similar platforms

Fluency in Russian (English is a plus)

Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Strong communication and collaboration skills
