Marketing Specialist

Dukascopy Bank is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive and manage marketing campaigns across the Dukascopy Group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

• Select, administer, and analyze online marketing campaigns

• Manage and update company websites

• Utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and financial services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in online marketing with proficiency in paid ads, SEO, PR

• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach

• Fluency in English and knowledge of Russian is a plus

• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and work effectively in a team setting

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts effectively

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices
• Experience in affiliate marketing and B2B is a strong advantage

• Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
