Fleet Specialist

About Us: Premier Trucking Group INC (with offices in Uzbekistan and the USA) is a U.S.-based logistics company with a growing fleet of 55 trucks and 60 trailers. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Specialist to join our team and support vehicle operations, emergency coordination, and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to driver calls and messages related to breakdowns, emergencies, and maintenance issues;
• Coordinate repairs, towing, and roadside assistance efficiently and on time;
• Track and document maintenance activities and requests in the fleet system;
• Communicate updates and guidance to drivers during on-road incidents;
• Report urgent issues to the fleet management team for next-day follow-up;
• Maintain organized records of after-hours activities;
• Escalate unresolved or high-priority cases to the daytime fleet team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both verbal and written);
• Strong understanding of semi-truck and trailer maintenance procedures;
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage after-hours repairs and emergency situations;
• Experience in working with fleet systems and record-keeping tools;
• High responsibility and strong decision-making skills under pressure;
• At least 1 year of experience in fleet operations or a related field.
