We are launching EPODEX in the UAE — a premium European brand offering microcement, epoxy flooring systems, decorative wall paints, and coatings. We're looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the launch and expansion of the brand across the UAE.This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the business in a booming construction and interior design market with full support from the international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EPODEX in the UAE
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, interior designers, contractors, showrooms, retailers, and developers
- Identify and secure sales channels: from B2B partnerships to retail & trade platforms
- Navigate regulatory and certification requirements (with support from our legal team)
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Conduct competitive analysis and define optimal pricing and product positioning
- Support initial sales and operational setup (logistics, warehousing, sample distribution, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales or market launch in construction, finishes, or building materials
- Strong network within the UAE construction / fit-out / interiors industry
- Experience launching or scaling a new product or brand in GCC – a big plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Highly independent, proactive and connected – you know where to go and who to talk to
