We’re looking for someone to lead our development in India - and scale that success into the other markets.
Your Location:
You’re based in the UAE or another strategic hub in the GCC region.
You’re able to work closely with the market while staying connected to HQ.
Your role is strategic: rooted in local realities, with a perspective that reaches beyond a single country.
Your Scope:
1. India - your primary market
2. GCC — your growth zone
Evaluate market potential
Support initial launches, identify key partners
Lead negotiations and build commercial relationships
3. Bridge to HQ
Translate market insights and on-the-ground data
Participate in brand initiatives, collaborate across regions
Who we’re looking for:
Based in the UAE or open to relocation
Experience in export/regional roles (FMCG, alcohol, consumer goods)
Strong market intuition and hands-on commercial skills
Comfortable working cross-culturally and building trust
Fluent in English; Hindi and Arabic are a plus
Open to regional travel and close collaboration with HQ
