MIRA Search, a recruitment agency based in Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client — a growing real estate company — for the role of CRM Marketing Manager.
We are looking for an experienced specialist with strong, hands-on expertise in AmoCRM / Kommo who can lead marketing automation initiatives and manage internal CRM integrations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and understands how to drive performance across digital platforms using CRM as a core tool.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize CRM systems (AmoCRM/Kommo CRM) for marketing and sales automation
Implement internal integrations between CRM tools and other platforms
Conduct WhatsApp and email mailings
Apply basic coding and web development skills
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on key metrics
Maintain and organize client databases to ensure marketing efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience with AmoCRM and Kommo CRM, including integrations
Background in real estate industry is essential
Basic understanding of coding and web development (HTML/CSS, scripts, etc.)
Proficient in WhatsApp and email marketing tools
Solid understanding of digital marketing practices
Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
Will be a plus:
Experience working in fast-paced real estate environments
Familiarity with automation tools and CRM plug-ins
Passion for CRM marketing and desire to play a key role in real estate business
