PwC Kazakhstan is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and manage client relationships across our service portfolio. The role encompasses key functions including sales, account management, competence development, team management, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strategic client relationships, enhance team capabilities, and lead business development initiatives that align with PwC's growth objectives, while leveraging deep technical knowledge to address complex client needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or client relationship management, preferably in professional services, technology, or consulting.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions.
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to mentor and develop talent within the team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to C-suite executives.
- Strong understanding of professional services market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Technical knowledge in at least one of PwC's core service areas (e.g., data analytics, digital transformation, data management, AI).
- Experience in developing sales strategies and implementing business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
Competence Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
- Develop specialized knowledge in key service areas to effectively position PwC's offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge sharing across the firm.
- Participate in relevant professional development activities.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the business development team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement business development strategies.
Technical Expertise:
- Apply deep technical knowledge to understand complex client challenges and articulate appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution accuracy and feasibility.
- Translate technical concepts into business value propositions for client stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to PwC's service offerings.
