• Minimum of 3–5 years of site experience in building construction projects, preferably.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection (for Mechanical), or power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm systems (for Electrical)
• Ability to review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings
• Capable of conducting site inspections, supervising installation works, and ensuring compliance with design and quality standards
• Experience in preparing material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests
• Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal); knowledge of Korean is advantage
• Willingness to work full-time on-site and adapt to project needs
Mechanical Engineer:
• Design and implement mechanical systems and equipment for the construction of the university, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Review and analyze project specifications, technical drawings, and design calculations.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other critical systems.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure that mechanical work is progressing according to the project schedule and specifications.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, structural) to ensure integrated system designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design and construction issues as they arise.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all mechanical works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• More than 5 years of experience as a electrical engineer
• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
Mechanical Engineer:
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Uzbekistan.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal); knowledge of Korean or English is advantage
