Engineering implementation, commissioning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and network maintenance of related products and equipment.
Track and feed back equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.
Daily exchanges and communication with customers, and maintenance and improvement of customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.
Requirements:
Higher education;
Have a strong background in communications technologies and be familiar with communications networks;
Understand project management knowledge, have good communication, coordination, organization, and planning capabilities, and be dedicated, cooperative, and responsible;
To be familiar with PON products is preferred;
Excellent communication - Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
Flexibility for business triрs.
