We are looking for a Tender&Risk Management Specialist to join our GRCS&ESG team in Consulting in Astana.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender requirements (KZ/UZ) and prepare compliant bid documentation.

• Develop competitive commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and supporting presentations (PPTs).

• Collect, validate, and organize required documents (certificates, past performance records, financial statements, etc.).

• Assess tender-related risks and propose mitigation strategies to maximize success rates.

• Coordinate internal approvals (legal, finance, technical) and ensure timely submission.

• Maintain standardized tender templates and improve bid preparation processes.

• Advise teams on tender regulations, client requirements, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience of at least 1-3 years in the field of tender management / procurement;
• Knowledge of local tender procedures;
• Confident MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Upper-intermediate level in English;
• Ability to establish effective business contacts with employees of different official categories;
• Skills of effective work time planning, the ability to cope with several tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to work with a large flow of information;
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical skills.
