Responsibilities:
Provide consistent and efficient operational support throughout the entire employee lifecycle;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in SAP SuccessFactors (hiring, transfers, terminations, updates);
Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, confirmations, and audit materials;
Support localization and adaptation of HR templates and procedures in accordance with local labor law;
Administer processes related to onboarding, internal mobility, contract renewals, and offboarding;
Collect and process HR inputs for payroll, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and leave balances;
Ensure compliance of all HR operations with internal policies, audit standards, and labor regulations;
Track and report key HR metrics (e.g., data accuracy, onboarding timelines, process efficiency);
Serve as a point of contact for employees and HR business partners regarding system usage, documentation, and policy queries;
Participate in continuous improvement of HR workflows and implementation of new SuccessFactors modules or updates.
Higher education (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field);
3+ years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration;
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors;
Solid understanding of the Uzbekistan Labor Code;
Knowledge of payroll processes and compensation systems;
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability;
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate and above); professional fluency in Uzbek and Russian.
