OpiniQ Ltd, a leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across diverse business sectors, is seeking a highly skilled Banking Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Completing of the necessary forms and applications, for Local and International Banks and E.M.I.
- Maintenance of existing accounts.
- Collecting KYC documents
- Review and update files with corporate documents of the company.
- Review and update KYC of directors, shareholders, secretary, signatories.
Requirements
- Understanding of the process of opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts (both local and international, as well as with EMI – Electronic Money Institutions).
- Familiarity with completing bank forms and applications.
- Experience in collecting, analyzing, and verifying KYC documents such as IDs, utility bills, and corporate information.
- Ability to work with Articles of Association, Certificates of Incorporation, board resolutions, shareholder registries, etc.
- Skills in reviewing and updating corporate files and company data.
- Experience maintaining both electronic and paper archives.
- Familiarity with document retention standards in line with regulatory requirements.
- Good in English (for drafting emails, communicating with clients and documents).
- Experience with CRM systems or banking portals is an advantage.
