Overview:

Key responsibilities​​​​​

Document management and administration:

  • Support the organization and systematic management of employee records (personnel files, orders, applications, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee databases.
  • Prepare document scans and copies; manage archival processes.

HR process support:

  • Assist with the processing of leave requests, business trip arrangements, onboarding, and separations.
  • Participate in the preparation of employee-requested documents (e.g., certificates) and handle related inquiries.
  • Facilitate HR onboarding sessions, team meetings, and signature collection.

Project involvement:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the document management system.
  • Gather and analyze HR data (KPIs, leave balances, headcount, etc.) to support informed decision-making.

Employee communication and support:

  • Provide foundational HR support to employees, addressing basic inquiries.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and interns, fostering a positive integration experience.

Candidate requirements:

  • Current student in their final years or a graduate of higher education institutions (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in human recources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., 1C, SAP) is a plus.

  • English language level at a B1(Intermediate) level.
