Cyberia was founded in 2022 by a team of young and dynamic entrepreneurs, passionate of complex projects and new technologies. The idea behind Cyberia is to give major technological and industrial players the access to the pool of experts they need for short missions or for accompanying their long-term projects on a consultancy basis.

Cyberia Russia primary addresses the local market, while Cyberia International (based in the UAE) covers international projects overseas. During its first months of activity, Cyberia is already dealing with projects in Russia, Europe, UAE, and China, making it already an international solutions provider.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As a Financial and Administrative Assistant, you will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Financial and Administrative Director to ensure the smooth management of the day-to-day affairs, including but not limited to:
  • A wide variety administrative support to the Financial and Administrative departments and to the other departments upon request.
  • Managing providers’ contracts and agreements, including its execution and renewal.
  • Sending originals of documents to the clients and providers (print, scan, signature, etc. as per local norms).
  • Collection of originals and electronic versions of the contracts and other documentation, scanning and archivation.
  • Reconciliation, processing, review, and submission as required the following: Invoices, Purchase Orders, Contracts.
  • Support everyday work of the office: answering telephones, filing, ordering of supplies, printing, copying, and booking meeting rooms.
  • Communication with colleagues from Moscow and foreign offices.
  • Special assignments or projects on a wide variety of responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to handle high level of work load in a useful, constructive manner.
  • Must demonstrate creativity, flexible, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems and in dealing with a variety of situations where only limited standardisation exits.
  • Must be proficient, detail-oriented and accurate to assist in running a smooth office environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and to interface with all levels of company personnel and a variety of personalities in a professional manner.
  • Requires a functional knowledge of company operations and procedures to accurately interpret documents/instructions to act properly and promptly.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to organize and manage projects.
  • Advanced computer skills including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and accounting/finance programs desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in Russian and English.
  • Experience in office procedures, data compilation and record maintenance.
