Realme, the world's fastest-growing smartphone brand, present at 61 markets worldwide, including Asia, Europe, Oceania, Middle and East Africa, etc. is searching for an Co-Marketing Manager.

As the Co-marketing Team Lead, you'll drive pivotal strategies in sales channel. Your role is essential in crafting comprehensive channel strategies, nurturing partner relationships, and spearheading product & corporate marketing initiatives to ensure market success and business growth.

You are a proactive, self-driven and committed person who doesn’t wait for guides and instructions and takes ownership of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel marketing Team Leader - the single point of contact for channel activities, promo campaigns, new products launches, presence in partners websites, in-store (short-term placements).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to devise and execute channel marketing strategies, identifying and prioritizing impactful channels to bolster business objectives.
  • Co-marketing activities planning, execution, efficiency controlling and post promo campaigns reports preparation;
  • Direct collaboration with key partners including: marketplaces and e-comm to strengthen brand&product presence, develop co-marketing plan, reach best condition for placements.
  • Collaboration with sales, product marketing and corporate marketing teams to drive the strategy and excellence in execution for the sales targets achievement;
  • Co-marketing budget management;
  • Content development management for product cards, rich-content, digital campaigns including all ATL and BTL tools;
  • Ongoing promotional campaigns analysis, post-promo reporting preparation;
  • Competitors’ activities, market data and market trends monitoring and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2C marketing experience with a focus on partner relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Russian and English.
  • Strong understanding of campaign and product metrics: ROI, LTV, CTR, CPA, CPM, GRP, OTS, etc.
  • Flexible, proactive, self-driven.
  • Experience in leading team (designers|team members|partners) from briefing to execution.
  • Team player.
  • Project management and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
