We are looking for a talented SFE & CRM Manager (Abbott Nutrition)
Responsibilities:
- Optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness through the development, delivery, and implementation of SFE activities across brands. This includes the integration, monitoring and analysis of performance data, sales activities, and other support recommendations via the sales management team to achieve optimal levels of performance (and results).
- Guide, monitor and control implementation & execution of SFE processes and principles: segmentation & targeting, goal setting, planning and reporting in CRM, tracking of marketing activity execution.
- Leading the team
- Develop and implement training programs, supporting all roles and teams within the Salesforce in line with business strategies, curricula and company goals.
- Develop and implement sales force KPIs which are aligned with business priorities. Analyze and report sales force KPIs proposing actions where needed and supporting sales force management to implement agreed actions.
- Lead the development of sales analytics solutions for sales management in support of business initiatives. Provide analysis, evidence and learnings that will enable to drive promotional efficiency and contribute to day-to-day management team decisions.
- Design & supervise induction programs for new sales team members. Organize, coordinate and run sales force motivation & development programs to drive the culture of recognition and will to win.
- Liaise with sales managers to identify and assess training and development needs, find third-party vendors to develop and deliver learning programs/workshops that meet the needs.
- Coordinate targeting& segmentation approach and develop appropriate segmentation model aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
- Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: 5-7 years
- Leadership skills
- Other qualifications/certifications: Knowledge of experience with basic SFA (Salesforce Automation) elements: CRM, SFE tools & processes.
- Demonstrates understanding of market landscape and commercial HCP engagement.
