Head of Treasury (Dubai, UAE)

In connection with the opening of a representative office of the Russian Mining and Metals Company in Dubai, we are looking for Head of Treasury.

Job Duties:

• managing and daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments and bank account balances, ensuring that companies have enough cash to operate effectively, payment release;
• review and presentation of the daily payment plan to the Management for approval;
• preparation of detailed cash flow reports on several intergroup companies on daily and monthly basis for presentation to the Management;
• managing petty cash and credit cards for several group companies;
• updating various data in the system - cash balances, incoming amounts, etc.
• communicating with the banks on matters like payment execution and payment issues, margin, interest rates and negotiating all banking related issues.
• preparation and upload of various financial reports and data into the system for various group companies: daily account balances, monthly account movements, annual budgets, released payment breakdown, etc.
• maintaining relationship with the insurers.

Requirements:

• university degree;
• work experience in a similar position in the UAE;
• experience in economics or finance;
• possession of accounting methodology according to RAS, IFRS standards;
• knowledge of English.
