Job Description

1. Participate in the end-to-end data analysis process, including data collection, cleaning, and interpretation to derive meaningful insights.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and formulate data-driven solutions.
3. Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
4. Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations for easy interpretation and decision-making.
5. Assist in the implementation and optimization of data collection processes and tools.
6. Support the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organization.
7. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis.

Job Requirements

1. Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus.
4. Solid knowledge of Excel, pivot tables and VBA Macros is a must.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and analytical techniques.
8. Previous internship or project experience in data analysis is a plus.
9. Good English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for daily communication.
10. Willingness to relocate to Beijing, China and work in a multi-cultural environment (China, India, Malaysia and Singapore)
